Getting started
Open a tool for your task
Choose the task you want to do from the home page categories or search. If you do not know the tool name, search for your task, such as “merge PDFs” or “make an image smaller.”
Provide input and check the settings you need
Choose a file or enter text, numbers, or other input. Check each tool’s input field for conditions such as format and file size. In tools with “Advanced settings,” you can open them and change settings as needed.
Check results and save or copy them
In tools with a run operation, press the button and check the results. Some tools update results as you enter input. Get the results you need using the displayed save or copy buttons.
Save and copy
Save as a file
Save using the result’s download button. The save location depends on your browser and device settings. If there are multiple files, check which files are included in individual and batch saving.
Copy as text or a table
Choose text copy when you want to use the result as text. Tools offering table or CSV copy let you choose a format for your purpose. When pasting into a spreadsheet, table copy lets you work with separate columns.
Troubleshooting
What if I cannot load a file?
Check the supported formats and file size shown in the input field. Password-protected files may require input to unlock them. Follow the guidance in the displayed error and choose the file again.
What if I cannot find a saved file?
Check your browser’s download list and the save location on your device. If only a preview opened, press the result’s save button. If the download failed, save again from the screen where the result is still available.
Will results remain after I close the page?
Save, history, and resume features vary by tool. Not all results are kept automatically. Download or copy the results you need before closing the screen. For tools with project saving, also check how it differs from saving result files.
