Business card & contact QR code generator
Combine family and given names with the phone numbers, email addresses and other details you need to create a contact QR code. Check the contents and save it as a PNG image to place on business cards or documents.
What you can do
Include only the contact details you need
Enter the required last and first names and the phone numbers, email addresses, company or other details you want to share. Empty optional fields are excluded from the QR code.
Adjust colors, shapes and logo
Use the common QR design settings to adjust pattern and background colors, shapes and a central logo. Change the appearance while retaining the contact details.
Save a PNG for business cards
Save the generated QR code as a PNG image. Check that it scans at the actual size before placing it on a business card or information card.

Useful when
Register contacts from business cards
Combine a name, company, phone number and email so the person receiving your business card can check them on a smartphone.
Share contacts at exhibitions or reception desks
Use this when you want to put a contact QR code on an information card and share the relevant contact information together.
Contact QR codes and registration after scanning
vCard is a format for contact details
This tool turns vCard 3.0 contact data into a QR code. The entered information is stored in the QR itself rather than accessed through a published web page.
Review contact details after scanning
The display and registration procedure after scanning vary by device and app. Registration is not automatically completed, so the recipient reviews the content.
Limit it to the fields you need
More information makes the QR pattern finer. Leave unnecessary fields empty, keep the margin and contrast, and check scanning where the QR code is placed.
