Bulk QR code generator
Create QR images from up to 100 rows of URLs or text in a CSV / TSV or an edited list. Check each row's content, file name and errors, then save the successfully created PNGs individually or as a ZIP.
What you can do
Create named QR images from a list
Load a CSV or TSV and create PNG images from up to 100 rows of URLs or text strings. You can also specify a filename for each row.
Check row content and errors
Edit content, names, and order before generation. Check rows that need corrections, such as empty content or duplicates, directly on screen.
Save generated images together
Match row numbers, content, and images, and save PNGs individually. When 2 or more images are generated, you can also save them together as a ZIP.
How to use
Load CSV or TSV
Prepare a content column (payload) and an optional filename column (filename). Paste the data and press “Load rows”, or select a file.
Check rows and generate
Check content, filenames, and order, and edit the rows as needed. Even if some rows have problems, you can generate only the valid rows.
Check and save QR images
Check the images and filenames against the original content, then save. Fix rows that could not be generated using “Edit rows” and generate again.
When to use it
Create information for multiple products
When you want to turn each product's information-page URL into an image and organize it with a filename based on the product name or management number.
Create venue guidance
When you want to create QR images in a batch for different guidance URLs or identifying strings for exhibition booths or seats.
Make management numbers scannable
When you want to turn equipment numbers and similar entries in a list into QR images and save them while checking against the original numbers.
Basics of creating QR codes from a list
Content and filename are separate fields
“Content” is the URL or text string obtained when scanning. “Filename” is the name used to save the image. Changing the filename does not change the QR content.
CSV and TSV headers
Include payload in the first row. filename is optional. The Japanese headers “内容” and “ファイル名” are also accepted. Enclose content containing commas in double quotes according to CSV rules.
Loading and generation are separate actions
Pasting CSV or TSV alone does not change the rows used for generation. “Load rows” replaces the row data below, and QR codes are generated from that data. Selecting a file loads it immediately.
Rows with identical content and duplicate filenames
If two rows have exactly the same content, both are marked as errors. Duplicate filenames receive a number at the end to prevent images being overwritten. You can check the final names in the generation results.
Before printing or distributing
This tool does not validate URL destinations or the meaning of text strings. Keep the white margin around the image and check whether the content can be scanned at the actual size and on the device you will use.
Frequently asked questions
Can I specify a filename for each QR image?
Specify it in the filename column or the filename field of a row. Blank names receive sequential names such as qr-code-001.png. Characters that cannot be used for saving and duplicate names are adjusted, and the results show the final name.
What if some rows contain errors?
If any rows can be generated, you can generate and save only those rows. Problem rows show the reason. If there is a loading error for the entire list, such as an error in the headers, correct the original CSV or TSV and load it again.
Can I use a list with more than 100 rows?
The limit is 100 rows at a time. Generation cannot start if the limit is exceeded. Split the original CSV or TSV into lists of 100 rows or fewer, then load them again. Deleting rows on screen alone does not clear the limit error.
Can I change the image format or dimensions?
Batch creation is fixed to 640 × 640 px PNG images with a white background and dark QR codes. To adjust colors, logos, and other options for one code at a time, use “QR code creation and design”.
Can I save without a ZIP?
If only one image is generated, it is saved as PNG. If ZIP creation fails, you can still save any available PNG images individually.
What happens when I edit rows after generation?
“Edit rows” returns to editing while keeping the input rows, and clears the previous generated results. Save any images you need before editing.
Inputs and results
- Input
- CSV or TSV, up to 100 rows. payload is required; filename is optional. Both URLs and text strings can be used.
- Output
- Each row becomes a 640 × 640 px PNG. The preview is the same generated result as the saved image. A ZIP is also created when 2 or more rows succeed.
- Retrying
- Input rows are preserved when generation is canceled or fails. “Reset” clears all inputs and results.
