Create a URL QR code

Turn a web page URL directly into a QR code and save it as a PNG image. Use it to direct people to a page from flyers or documents.

Enter a URL starting with http:// or https://.

What you can do

Put your input URL directly into a QR code

The URL is stored in the QR code exactly as entered. It does not create a Toollet shortened URL or intermediary page.

Check a web page URL

Use a URL starting with http:// or https://. If your input contains spaces or line breaks, fix those parts before generating the QR code.

PNG for flyers and documents

Save the generated QR code as PNG and place it on printed materials or information sheets. Check scanning and the destination before distribution.

How to use

  1. Enter the URL to share

Paste the URL of the page you want to share from the browser's address bar or another source.

  2. Generate a QR code

Check the URL format and generate a QR code. This feature does not check whether the page is publicly available.

  3. Save as PNG and check

Save and place the QR image at the size you will use, then check with a smartphone that the correct page opens.

Useful when

Guide users from a flyer to a web page

Use this to place an entry point to event details or a registration page on flyers you distribute.

Add an information page to a product label

Direct users to a web page for instructions or product information that will not fit on the printed material.

The URL in the QR code and changes to the destination

The input URL is what is stored

It does not shorten URLs or create a management page that lets you change the destination later.

Recreate it when the URL changes

The contents of a saved QR image do not change automatically. If you change the destination URL, create a new QR image and replace the old one.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the QR code take users?

The scanning app opens the input URL stored in the QR code. It does not pass through another Toollet page. If the destination site redirects, that behavior depends on the destination.

Does it automatically check that the destination is correct?

No. The URL format is validated to create the QR image, so check actual scanning and the destination before distributing it.

Can I change colors or add a logo?

This screen focuses on URL input and saving as PNG. Use QR code generator and designer if you also want to adjust the appearance.
