What you can do

Specify page numbers and ranges

Specify consecutive and separate pages together, such as “1-3, 5”. You can also select them from thumbnails.

Extract together or save separately

Combine the selected pages into one PDF, or create separate PDFs for each page or specified range.

Save individually or as ZIP

Download each created PDF individually. Choose ZIP to save multiple results together.

How to use

  1. Choose a PDF

Choose the PDF you want to extract pages from and check its contents in the thumbnails.

  2. Specify the pages you need

Select thumbnails or enter page ranges. For example, “1-3, 5” selects pages 1–3 and page 5.

  3. Check how to split the pages, then extract

By default, the selected pages are combined into one PDF. To save them separately, change the save option in advanced settings, then select “Extract pages”.

  4. Download the PDF

Save the PDF you created. You can download multiple files together in a ZIP file.

When to use it

Extract pages for submission

Create a PDF containing only the pages you need to submit from a combined application form or set of supporting documents.

Distribute materials for a meeting

Select the pages relevant to the agenda from a long report or meeting document and combine them into a file for distribution.

Share the parts you need

Specify the page ranges of the chapters the recipient needs from a document with multiple chapters, and share them as a separate PDF.

Specifying and splitting pages

How to enter page ranges

Use a hyphen for consecutive pages and commas to separate nonconsecutive pages.

“1-3, 5” specifies pages 1–3 and page 5; “1-3, 5-7” specifies two ranges. After entering them, check the selection in the thumbnails.

Combine into one or split by range

Even with the same page selection, the PDFs created differ depending on how you split them.

Combining “1-3, 5-7” into one creates a 6-page PDF. Splitting by range creates 2 PDFs: pages 1–3 and pages 5–7.
