Dice

Roll dice on screen and view each result and the total. Roll 1–20 dice together from 7 types ranging from 4 to 100 sides, for sugoroku, board games or TRPGs. Results are kept in the history so you can continue when you reopen the page.

No rolls yet

Start with “Roll dice”.

Advanced settingsRolls per batch: 1

Usually leave this at 1. You can record up to 100 rolls.

What you can do

Use it like rolling real dice

Three-dimensional dice roll and stop to show their results. Six-sided dice display pips, and other polyhedral dice display numbers. With 2 or more dice, you can also see the total for that roll immediately.

Continue where you left off

The sides, dice count, and finalized results are saved in this browser. Previous results do not change when you reload or navigate between pages.

How to use

  1. Choose the sides and dice count

The default is 2 six-sided dice. Change the number of rolls per batch only if needed.

  2. Roll dice

Check the individual results and total. Even after changing settings, the current results remain until you roll.

  3. Roll again or clear history

“Roll again” keeps previous results and adds new ones to the history. Copy the history or save it as TXT. Use “Clear history” to remove all recorded rolls.

Useful when

Use for board games

When you have no dice at hand, you can get results in place of a regular six-sided die.

Roll multiple dice for tabletop RPGs

Choose sides such as d20 and a dice count, then check each die's result and the total.

How to read dice and results

Dice count is how many dice are rolled at once

2d6 means rolling 2 six-sided dice. Each roll's result shows two individual values side by side.

Roll count is the number of sets rolled under the same conditions

Normally, it is 1 roll. For example, rolling 2 dice 3 times keeps the two-dice values as three separate results.

Actual results and theoretical probability

Results are not necessarily evenly distributed over a short trial. Use the dice probability calculator to find probabilities for totals.

How to read D100

Two D10 dice show the tens and ones digits. 70 and 3 are recorded as 73, while 00 and 0 are recorded as 100.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use dice other than six-sided dice?

Supports dice with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, and 100 sides. The dice count is 1–20, and the number of rolls per batch is 1–100.

Can I roll while keeping the previous results?

Yes. “Roll again” adds new results while keeping previous ones. Clearing the history keeps the settings for sides, dice count and rolls per batch.

Do results change when I change the settings?

No. New settings are used for the next roll. Existing results remain recorded with the sides and dice count used at the time.

Will results disappear when I reload?

Settings and history remain in this browser. Cleared history or deleted site data cannot be restored, and history does not transfer to another browser. If storage is unavailable, export the history as TXT.
