Preparing text & configuring speech

Organize punctuation & paragraphs

The text is processed by sentence or paragraph and combined into audio. If names or technical terms are pronounced differently from what you intend, revise them using kana or similar phonetic spelling and generate the audio again.

Match the language, region & voice

Choose a voice that supports the text's language. If only one region or voice is available, that value is displayed. The standard speed is 100%; you can make it slower or faster.

Previewing & generating audio to save are separate

Preview lets you check up to the first 100 characters, and preview audio cannot be saved. Use “Generate audio” when you need an audio file of the full text.
