SVG to PNG

Convert SVG logos and icons to PNG while preserving transparent areas, making them usable in documents or PNG-compatible apps. Add multiple files, specify the output width and height if needed, check how text and shapes look and the file size, then save files individually or as a ZIP. PNG pixel dimensions are fixed, so convert at the dimensions you will use.

What you can do

Use SVG as an image

Save logos or shapes as PNG and paste them into documents or apps that do not support SVG.

Preserve transparency

Keep the transparent background as it is. The checkerboard used to indicate transparency is not included in the saved image.

How to use

  1. Add images

Select SVG files or add them from a folder.

  2. Check output settings

PNG is already selected. Open advanced settings only if needed to change dimensions.

  3. Convert & save

Check the converted images, dimensions and file sizes, then save them individually. You can also get results for multiple files as a ZIP.

When this is useful

Place a logo in documents

Prepare a PNG logo that uses transparency to blend into a document's background.

Use the pixel dimensions you need

Set the width and height in advanced settings to export an image with the dimensions needed where you will use it.

What to check before converting

The output is a pixel-based image

SVG shapes are rendered at fixed pixel dimensions. Enlarging the output significantly can make outlines look rough, so convert at the dimensions you need.

Check how the original SVG looks

In SVGs that reference external images or similar resources, not all elements may render the same way. Check for missing elements and the appearance of text before saving.

Frequently asked questions

Is the background checkerboard saved too?

No. It is only displayed to help you check transparent areas.

Can I enlarge it indefinitely later, like an SVG?

No. PNG has fixed pixel dimensions, so export it at the width and height you need.

What if part of the logo appears to be missing?

Check the images, fonts and other elements in the SVG. View the converted preview and re-export from the original data if needed.
