Resize a LinkedIn company page logo
Resize one still logo image for a LinkedIn company page using the initial 400 × 400px setting. By default, the whole image is retained. Choose the margin color and how to handle transparent areas, check how the text and shapes look, and save as PNG or JPEG no larger than 3MB.
What you can do
Fit the whole logo into a square
The default method keeps the whole image. Fit the logo inside 400 × 400 px.
Choose margin colors or transparency
The default is a PNG with a white background. In advanced settings, you can also choose to preserve transparent areas or output JPEG.

Useful when
Fit a wide logo into a square
Add margins to fit the company page dimensions without cropping the logo.
Prepare a logo that suits the background
Choose a white background or preservation of transparent areas, and check how the original logo looks.
Separate company logos from covers
400 px is the recommended logo size
LinkedIn company page logos must be at least a 268 px square. This page fits them to the recommended 400 px size.
Check thin text after reducing the image
A wide logo may become small when fitted into a square. Before saving, also use the enlarged view to check it.
